The Atrium Bar
has HAWAIIAN MUSIC NIGHTS seven days a week. It is located in the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and
Bungalows. Relax and enjoy the music. No cover charge.
A LUAU is an all evening event. Some
have games and crafts, and cultural exhibits in addition to the dinner and show. They all
feature a Hawaiian buffet and an entertaining Polynesian review. There are several to
choose from. Some are an all day affair, use your time in the islands wisely. Normally
5-9pm. The prices range from roughly $44-$58. Many display the removal of the Kalua pig
from the `imu, underground oven, where the pig was cooking for a day. Food served at most
lu`aus include tender pig, teriyaki beef, mahi-mahi fish, chicken longrice (it looks like
bait, but it's rice noodles in chicken broth with chicken pieces), white rice, poi, sweet
potato, rolls, pineapple, and either coconut cake or haupia which is coconut pudding.
Don’t eat too much coconut.( It's a natural laxative.) Enjoy pineapple and papaya
after meals to assist with digestion. If you eat too much and get an upset stomach eat
gingersnaps or ginger candy. Ginger aids an upset stomach. 
If you like
the night life and like to boogie there lots of NIGHT
CLUBS to choose from, and the are all open until
4am. Ask around for recommendations on the type of bar you are looking for. (Front desk
clerks or concierges will be glad to assist you.)
On the SUNSET DINNER CRUISE you will be
greeted with a Mai Tai and you will enjoy an island grill dinner served buffet style while
enjoying the beautiful scenery. $49 per adult, $33 per child over 4. Call Dream Cruises at
